Office Administrative Assistant

The Office Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Office Manager, will primarily be responsible to manage and administer inbound and outbound mail. This position will act as a first point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and the public. This role will also answer telephone and email inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.

Parts and Service Manager

The Parts and Service Manager, under the direction of the Store Manager, will primarily be responsible to coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating work accordingly. This position will determine staffing requirements for the administration department and oversee the hiring of staff. This role will also prepare and present proposals relating to departmental budgets, resource allocation, and work processes.
